We are not talking about a more expensive like you mention. We are talking about common GPS unit that cost anywhere from $100 to several hundred along with a chip or download that may be based on an out of date plat map. You are certainly being argumentative when there is no reason to be on this subject because you certainly must realize that what I have stated is accurate. I also wouldn't argue or disagree with you about old surveys being off 20' since those are ones that were done through the use of equipment that has been outdated for decades and FYI I've found the same thing during travels out in Wyoming.
