At that draw weight and length the sky' s the limit for him. Assuming money is no object and you are going to recommend a new bow, it depends on what he wants it to do. For the fastest arrow possible, the black knight is it. For a good target/hunting bow, the pro " 40" would be sweet. For primarily hunting with some target shooting, look at a Patriot or the new Liberty. Really, any of their bows will fit his current specs and new modules will let the bow grow with him. If you suspect he will even grow stronger and someday want to draw more than 60#s, go with a 60-70# model and back the weight off. With the new pivoting limb pockets, it should still shoot quiet and efficiently.
Best bet at this time is to have him shoot their different bows and see what feels/performs best in his hand. He is passed the youngster bow age/need, in my opinion.
