A Well Remembered Gift
It's about ten years since I was gifted with an Eddie Bauer hiking pole.
Used if first as a cane then as a trekking rod. Use it practically every week. Much appreciated and useful.
Got it down to a hiker's use of less that one cent a mile. One is practical for me, since on hunts I carry a Marlin, without a sling, in the other hand.
