You're pretty dense aren't you? I'm not telling you to change the way you hunt. This has nothing to do with hunting methods or tactics. What I'm saying is you're picking the wrong aim point and eventually a deer is going to pay the price for it. I could care less how you hunt, it is your choice of target that shows a lack of experience or a willingness to change. Like I said, eventually you will blow the shot and watch one run off wounded while you're trying to reload that smokepole and when you do remember this conversation.
As noted not only by myself but also many other members, a headshot isn't a good option especially when their are bigger targets available. No experienced hunter takes a headshot every time and brags about it and everybody misses at some point. It is what it is.
