I hear you, I have a LOT of issue's myself
back, shoulders, elbows, wrist, lung(down to just one there) feet and bad knee's
My list of good parts , IF I even have any left is short,
but I still don't have an issue with the bolt on my gun, a few more degree's and ??
BUT we all have range of motion to live in

Maybe a semi if legal in your state is a option, there are a few GOOD accurate hunting rifles in semi, and NOT just in AR like platforms
most all major hunting rifle makers either have or made some! will have softer recoil too for you, an added perk to a semi!
