Most auto parts stores and the big retailers have what they call power supplies and Battery jumper. I keep one to run my 2 way radio and sometimes lights when camping. You can recharge from a wall outlet AC or an automobile DC.
Usually under a hundred bucks. I got mine for around $60. Have seen them for $160, high end.
