You need to get target arrow made or buy them from a shop. I might suggest buying them and learn to shoot before learning to make arrows. Going to a shop might be the best and
use this maybe to figure what arrow you need
Read up on instinctive shooting and snap shooting and practice at them. Read some and ask more questions.
When you learn more, you'll ask better questions.
