Dunno where you are going to hunt Chet so I haven't a clue. Mountainous and woody or open field where there may be some longer shots? For the first I'd vote for the Mountaineer. Hell probably for the second as well. If I remember correctly you are pretty accurate out to 200 with that one. And those dead centers are supposed to be pretty sporty at range for terminal performance. You have to pardon me for a minute, I'm still giggling over your last choice

BTW, the reason I didn't say your Zombie Omega, your getting a bit long in the tooth there kiddo and that there rifle looks a mite heavy I speak from many long years of carrying a heavy azz rifle in Elk country. Trust me, you don't wanna!!
