there is safety issue's that can take place with bad arrows, NOT straight or structural issue's
carbon arrows should be bent, wood one's either and trying to straighten aluminum or wood can lead to added stress to the shafts and then have catastrophic failure at shooting time
ever see any pictures of an arrow thru a persons hand or wrist
this is many times what causes that injury!
