I want to learn to make my own sausage and would like some tips on how to and what not to do.
How do you come up with your recipes. I would rather not get the dump mix but how do you come up with the spices to put into it with out really messing up? I like it warm but not real hot.
Equipment, caceings, ect. hints would be great.
