Hi, I'm not a hunter, and have a bad coyote problem out here. They are cheeky as hell, just trotting right through the area where the pit bulls are tied up without a thought. They are here midday, morning and early evening.
Don't need suggestions (especially LGD suggestions!) just need someone from the area who is halfway responsible and a good shot to help me out.
I have trail cams, calls, wiggly prey animal things... you name it. You are welcome to use them. All I ask is that you let me have the hide. I'm on 20 acres, but I'm up against 700 acres of DNR. They already killed one of my little dogs and a LOT of my poultry (the ones the LGDs left alive).
I live 12 miles from Goldendale off Bickleton Hwy. My entire property is fenced with 13 strand hot new Zealand fence that the coytotes are going right through. I can show you exactly where they go every morning.
