Harvester's website calls the Saber Tooth "copper clad". As I understand it, Powerbelts use a bonded (barely) "copper wash" where the copper simply serves to separate lead from barrel, but is not really a jacket. This Harvester "Copper Clad" also seems to be a very thin copper layer serving a similar purpose. It seems to be very thin and light as evidenced by the negligible loss of weight. The "clad" terminology suggests it's not bonded like Powerbellt. It may be that the copper's design intent has only to do with interior and exterior ballistics, with little intended terminal ballistics purpose.
