Ok Dude, what is your affiliation with this ranch? Every post you have made you push this place. My bet is you either have some connection to the owner or the guy that runs the hunting program. Might want to look at the forum rules and see what they say about such activities.

Besides, I'm in TX and out of curiosity I clicked on your link. I can beat those prices all over the state.
