I'm partial to the 2-7's as well. Most of my hunting over the years is in wooded areas or short fields. I tend to get close to my game rather than taking extended range shots. My daughter wanted something she could stretch out to 200 yards. She hunts a spot where you would be one lucky individual to get closer than 150 yards. Her 20 gauge slugger doesn't cut the mustard.
