well, only two ways to get access to land,
one hunt PUBLIC lands,
or two, start asking land owners for permission, DON"T wait till its close to hunting season to ask
its NOT a law that says land owners must let hunters on there lands,
its there's they paid for it, they can do as they please

BUT This time of yr farmers are busy, and some free help, might get you some access, or doing chores on folks lands, from mowing lawns to???

where there is a will there is a way to get access to lands
its up to you to find the way!!
