Wet Weather Turkeys....
Some hunters don’t realize that the few hours just after a rain can be an ideal weather condition for hunting turkeys. In wet weather, try setting up at field edges and waiting for the rain to stop. Turkeys love open fields after a rain. Not only can they peck for bugs that have been forced from shelter, the open country allows them to dry and preen their feathers.
