The only thing I saw wrong with that deer was I saw no blood at all on him someone sure did a good job of cleaning him up. Take him yes if he came within range. That deer was a trophy in anyones bood look at the size of the horns. If it is illegal then no pass him up but I do remember hunting an Albino 8 point in Randolph Co WV back in the early 80" s and no one ever got him I saw him a few times but believe me he stayed just as outta sight as a brown deer.
