Hi RFields, welcome to the board!

Well, the only way that I know would is to draw back a long arrow and mark where the arrow sits on the rest at full draw. Then add an inch onto that. Though I am not sure how accurate that is.

My local archery shop has an arrow that is marked like a ruler. They have the shooter draw back and then they take the reading. Then cut the arrows to the proper length.
