Thanks for the replies guys, I actually ended up jumping on an X-Bolt 270, turns out I found a new one for 680+tx... couldn't miss that opportunity! lol

I'm actually planning to do deer and moose mainly, and I was hoping to do black bear next year which is why I wasn't certain if the 270 would cut it. Guess I don't have a choice now :P
