I did google to find the laws in Canada, it is all by Province, very hard to fins what you want but I did glean that in Victoria some rabbits and hares are protected and some are not, I couldn't find a thing about licencing but I did fins hunters and trappers need licenses and hunter safety. The PGC web site is a whole lot easier to use that Canada's. At least it wasn't in French.
