I' d drag the doe in estrous using a drag rag, then put out scent wicks around the stand in some shooting lanes. Maybe even dribble some of the buck pee around too. I' m going to use doe in heat urine only and not buck pee this weekend with hopes of getting someone' s attention. Problem with the end of peak rut is that the bruisers will be resting staying in their core areas while the younger bucks may still be out trolling - if they smell dominant buck urine, they may not come in. If the big guys smell doe, they too might be interested rather than being interested in fighting. That' s what I' m counting on this weekend anyway.
