I use a partitioned clear plastic tool box with stackable separate clear containers for the inside. Each box has various sized compartments. Holds my broad-heads, a small bin for my field tips, place for my sharpening tools, string wax, and storage for my arrow puller, etc. Didn't cost me much as I found a good one at a national tool store.

Very similar to those boxed fishing tackle carriers.

Then at times with certain boxes I just grab the box need and it stays in my truck.
For the interior of a few boxes I have added a piece of foam to keep broad-heads from rattling and it holds them in place.
