MD, try knurling both the 180's and the 160's. I suspect they may be slipping in the sabot. I'd just about bet you will get improvement on both. Also, you said on the other thread that the 180's loaded "snug". How did the 160's feel? Is your wolf on the larger side or smaller side on bore? As in comparison to a TC barrel. I know my daughters new Impact is a tight little sucker. Even tighter than my PH .50cal barrel. Haven't slugged it yet but I am figuring it is right on .500 MAYBE .501. Had to just about jump up and down on those older TC shockwave 300gr to get it started. Wouldn't mind trying either one of those for her if they perform well. Want to get as much range as I can for her without the heavy recoil.
