I started at 50 to zero in, but I will not bother with those pictures.
I did however start with 80gr BH209 at 50 yards and it was a decent group, 1 3/4" and I was happy until I tried 100gr BH209.
I was shooting a CVA Wolf with a 1:28 twist and was told these bullets were for 1:48 twists.
Regardless, these tiny 180gr TRR's shoot flat out tight groups at 50 and 100 yards with 100gr BH209! Reduced Recoil was a big thing I noticed right off as my shoulder wasn't flaring up and spasming like it does after a few heavy recoil shots.
There is one thing that is KILLER. Scope adjustments are super sensitive with this little bullet.
At 100 yards I was aiming at the middle black target and hitting the bottom right target. I adjusted 16 clicks up and 12 to the left and it put me all the way on the TOP left target!
8 clicks to the right and 6 down put me almost center and right on top of the bullets eye, Aprox 1 1/2" above the bulls eye. I adjusted it down another 4 clicks since I am reloading to try the 160's.
Darn that second shot!!
