Hmmmm, they only stamp minimal testing but they test further??? Yet C.I.P. does have stamps for their "further testing" and they USE them!!! What you said is complete and utter horse pucky MD!! Plain and simple. If they test to a level, they STAMP the level tested!! ....Edited by Champlain Islander...They are cheap knockoff rifles made to cater to people with lower incomes and can't afford a better product. The 3 cb stamp is a barrel tested to 10K CUP which even a minimal load exceeds! Spain or any other C.I.P. country would not accept that stamped barrel to be sold there. The US, showing just how much our government safety regulators really could care less about our safety, does. Even after repeated incidents involving CVA as well as other cheap foreign barrels have blown up in customer faces!
