Stieg: I have the Barnett Ghost 410. I use the Nite Hawk press purchased from Wy Vern Creations. Its a bit tricky to set up for one person but is an excellent well built product. One can collapse the limbs enough to change string or cables. It is excellent for making the fine adjustments needed for cable or string length, cam timing and cam leveling. The riser has to be removed from the bow to use this press. The only thing one can not due is break the crossbow down to change cams or cam bearings. For this I use a combination of bow master limb brackets and a ratchet type strap that has the slide release. Any other ratchet strap will fully release which one does not want. All the best.
