This evening i was able to take another look at breech plugs. The plugs examined were the two Blackhorn QRBP plugs, and the Omega plug. Right or wrong, i am assuming the Impact plug is made just about the same, as the Omega plug.

All three plugs have 1/8" diameter flame channels. All three plugs have flame channels about 1/2" long. All three plugs have flash hole of 0.030" or so.
