That would be 99.9% of every company out there with "phone in" customer service. The ones actually answering the phones rarely know anything other than what is on their computer screen. You have to try to see if you can speak to someone in a "technical" department (someone that actually has knowledge) rather than cust. service most of the time. Not EVERY time but most times.
