Sure looks like a ghillie to me!
My only thoughts were:
1) Drag that puppy behind your truck for a few miles to tatter up your burlap, it'll cut out any sharp lines you have in the strands
2) I gave up on ghillie-ing my legs below the knees. Way too much to snag in the field. Most of the time, I only wear a ghillie jacket or "poncho" with a hood - by the time I sit down, my legs are easily concealed, either in the natural debris, or by slacking the fibers from the top over my legs a bit.
