Default trapping coyotes

I am looking for feedback on hay set trapping for coyotes. I will be using two #2 traps at each set. Planning on setting up on ridges and along a dirt field road not being used by vehicles at this time. I always see their tracks on top of my boot prints every day I walk back out from deer hunting and have trail cam pics of coyotes using it regularly.

So, here's my idea... make a few hay sets using coyote urine on staged piss posts. I also have frozen quail and chukar for dog training that I considered tethering them with cut deer heart chunks to the trap stakes leaving it in the middle of the set as a scent and visual attractant.
What would you guys do? Stick to the urine, use the meat/bird bait or both at the same set? Never trapped before and would like some advice.
