My family of four can easily eat three or four deer. The most we ever had was 2 and that was gone by january. This year we have about 120lbs of meat in the freezer and we are keeping all of it. My family eats about 6-8lbs of it a week. If i get a doe or maybe two with my ML or shotgun then I will start giving it away or donating it to gods kitchen just because of lack of freezer space. We could easily use someone elses freezer and still consume all the meat by next year but we have lots of relatives begging for meat!
