Made up some meatballs for New Years day. Yummm.


I mix some bread crumbs with milk until it looks gooey, then add whatever seasonings you want in them... mix it all together until the meat is really gooey and sticky, then I form the meat ball. You can fry them or do them in the oven. Also can make a large batch, then bag them and freeze them for later use. How's that for detailed instructions??
