Great penetration but it looks like it needs more speed for reliable opening.
Ron, did you look closely at the carpet/plywood to see if that bullet entered straight? The way that bullet is deformed kinda looks like it may have entered at a slight cant. Could be the reason it didn't open up properly. Maybe 50 grains isn't enough to stabilize it out of your rifle. Not knowing what rifle you tested it out of, I'm assuming it was one of your 1:28 twisters and it's just possible that you may need to cook it off a little hotter for proper stabilization. Just a thought.
