I suggest one that flies best out of your setup. Get one of those, put it right behind the shoulder and whether its a COI head, a fixed head or expanable you' ll very likely pass through and get a great bloodtrail.

That said, Thunderhead 125' s flies best out of my current setup, a 52# longbow with 300 grain ICS 500 shafts.
