I completed the survey.
I'd make the recommendation and request that you focus your energy towards fixing the consistent problems that exist among common market items, rather than simply trying to add cupholders to deer stands. There are common problems with the gear we have today, BUT, we own the gear we have. Just adding some new feature isn't a big motivation to disruptively replace our current gear - hunters don't usually spend money on something that does the same thing, plus a little something extra, unless their old gear requires replacement.
Alternatively, if you fix something that bugs a hunter like me about my current gear EVERY YEAR, I'm motivated to replace my old stuff with something that will do the same things as my old gear, but does them BETTER.
I hate see-thru (often called "shoot through") mesh on ground blinds that secures with velcro. I hate that it's kinda difficult to get into ground blinds, and I hate that the fold up seat and shooting rail on my tree stands hits me in the head when it falls back down when I'm climbing into my stand. I hate that I have to carry a low chair for coyote hunting, but I also hate that I can't change position to get over the gun better from a vest with a backrest (like the cabelas speedy yote vest). I don't like that deer get used to my blind looking like a big camo box all year, then suddenly some morning (when I'm in it), that box has HUGE BLACK EYES to draw their attention.
I'd spend money to replace my gear with new gear that fixes those problems. I wouldn't spend money to replace my working gear with the same thing, but with cupholders.
