I can see that, but I never have been in a situation with the secondary safety on where that happened. The only time I use it is when climbing in out of stands, when riding on atv, or in my truck from one part of the farm to another, etc. When I am walking to or from a stand, or still hunting, or while in stand its always off.

I guess for some folks who forget they had it on, it could make for a bad day...especially if the whopper walked up.
