Hey everyone im new here, nice to meet you all. SO ill put it like this...ive hunted for years but always with my dad. always used my dads clothes,gear and all that. So im finally going all out and finally buying my own gear of everything. I live in NY and will be hunting on my folks property and also signing up for a fish and game club. The camo pattern i would use is hardwoods(if its called that). My question is Can someone give me some good brand of clothing to check out. I do not want to buy something that i am just paying for the name of the brand. I hunt turkey in the Spring and fall and Hunt whitetails in November and December. Nov and Dec around here in NY can get quite cold and the spring can be either hot or cool. For deer i hunt from a tree stand and turkeys i just sit in front of a big tree and put a rollup blind with stakes that go in the ground in front of my feet. Currently i wear glasses and face masks ALWAYS fog my glasses up like crazy but will be getting contacts soon so i have grown to love face paint. looking for a good brand of that or anything i can home make. Im looking for decent pants, tshirts, sweaters, jackets, and gloves. I have great boots already. I like my gloves tight feeling. i hate loose bulky gloves. thanks guys for your help!!
