This is very exciting news...I can' t wait to see the new VX-III... I have been looking for a scope to replace one of the Vari-xIII' s i now own and am anxiously awaiting this scopes replacement . So far the only 2 scopes that match/exceed the Vari-xIII I now own either cost 750 dollars(Swarovski 3.5x10 AV) or weigh 16 ounces and have oversized dimensions(Zeiss Conquest) for a true mountain rifle it will be mounted on..
