Like Nas said start with thin strips in a baking pan you can either use the store bought kind of bar- b-q sauce or make your own(I'd give you mine but it changes every time) I start with ketchup, mustard,honey,brown sugar,sometimes if I have it a little lemon juice if not lemon herb seasoning and salt and pepper and anyother spices that you have or like.Make sure breast are covered with sauce pop in oven at 250 or so and cook slowly for about 1 to 2 hrs. I like to check them and turn them over if sauce get below the breasts. For sidedish rice aroine wild rice works very well. Hope you like it cause i usally over eat when I make this.
