Step into one of those ranches down there where your at and tell one of them Texas ranch owners how you feel about high fence. They will say that is your right and then take you out and get you lost....in an escape proof fence.
I find it laughable that every time a CWD thread comes up it turns into high fence hunting....Thats because they have nothing to fight with and have to change the case of the tread! Pretty simple to watch every time!
If they are trapped in a man made fence its farming as far as I'm concerned not hunting. I don't care how big it is. I mean the deer simply can't go anywhere else. I'm sure they get away from hunters often but the fact is they will still be there tomorrow because they are trapped.
I'm not against farming deer if its done right but its still not hunting IMO.
