harvesting the deer is probably the only way, a fence wont do much unless its like a 10 ft fence.try calling your game fish and parks departmen,natural resources department and have them come out and take a look at the damage and give them a report of everything. They might send someone out to take care of your problem by harvesting them, or by letting you harvest them.
