If you can find a old MK85 with a threaded barrel in poor shape, you could make one with the barrel of your choice. Not many companies offer a 1-24 though. IIRC Wiseman makes a 450x458 1-24 and Brux can make pretty much any twist you want.

1-18, 1-20 and 1-22 are easy to find though.
