Behold, the power of ASAT...
I can' t agree enough. I know many are skeptical, but with this stuff you get opportunities when you' re caught not being perfect.
It works exactly as advertised.
I had an opportunity I passed on this past weekend. I' m sitting in a buddy ladder stand my brother-in-law put up on the downside of a hillside food plot. Right after first light, a beautiful perfectly symetrical 2 1/2 year old 10 point, probably 130-40ish, comes into the north side of the plot 80 yards away from me. He caught the estrous scent I put out, and walked straight to me, scanning all around me looking for the deer. He stopped 20 yards out, looking right at me and all around me, as do to the hillside he was at my eye level (the stand was put up as a shotgun stand for his son). I might as well have been standing in the field with him. He finally looked away, and I started to stand and draw all in one motion. He turned my way again and I froze, squatting and had just hit peak weight in the draw. I held steady for as long as possible, then my arm started shaking as he just looked at me. I SLOWLY let the bow down, he' s looking at me the whole time. He turns and starts walking away, I come to full draw again, he stops 30 yards out, facing away from me, my only shot would have been a neck shot, so I passed.
Later I had a Doe and two buttons froliciking 10-15 yards all around me, munching clover and playing around. I just stood there. They' d look through me when they looked my way, never had a clue...
It' s awesome stuff.
