Why do they put two sling studs up front? Is that something they normally do on their stocks like this?
I can not tell for sure from the picture but I think these stocks have the large wide 'beaver tail' forearm. The two swivel studs are something that is common on long range shooting stocks. One for the sling and the forward one for the attachment of a bipod shooting device.
