Unfortunately, there are some people who will never be convinced, the truth is too inconvenient so it is easier to blame others. The truth of the matter is, that the fault for the overgrown herd lays with the previous boards of commissioners who did not have the courage to do the right thing when presured by hunters and legislators to let the herd grow.
