Any one familiar with how to use this map that the PGC puts out? I see that it shows "Hunter Access Points" as yellow dots. That a full dot is "No Restrictions" and that partial dots mean different restrictions. Does that mean these lands are open to public hunting?? I'll try to attach some pictures here...
