I recently bought a nice used Belgium made Browning Auto-5 Magnum 12 gauge shotgun. I've looked at the Browning aging chart and can't find a complete match for the serial number on my shotgun. The serial# is 63V over the number 17xxx. From what I saw I'm assuming that it was manufactured in 1963.

Can anyone verify that and tell me what the V means?
