I had a powderhorn a while back, just didn't like it. Not really sure what the deal was with it...just for some reason it didn't feel right when looking through it. Looks like yours is shooting fine.

WV Hunter. For some reason I'm not enamored with the Powderhorn scope either. Can't say why really. It's not a bad scope. The optics are good, adjustments are accurate and hold position with no problem even with extreme recoil. But like you, it just doesn't "feel right when looking through it". Maybe it's because I'm so used to the half dozen 4X ProDiamonds I have on most of my guns, with their wide field of view and quick target acquisition. I put it on the X7 mainly to play with the BDC feature.
