Maybe next year OT!

That morning with my daughter we had 3 gobbles behind us. Heard one fly down where we don't know and several gobbles in the distance. About 930 on a leg stretch and lull I spotted the bird I shot on Thursday using a field 3/4 mile away across the valley. Each time we use this area we learn things that allow us to piece together a nice puzzle. This was a tough spot to sit as the vast majority fields are crowned which makes where he was standing higher than where we sit. I'd rather be on level ground or higher than them but I can not.
I think I'll go back and ask the farmer if I can build a few flat ground platforms. That will solve that problem.
