I made my own many years ago when I used white fletching and having too many deer pick it up. I initially used velcro as a means to attach. But that was too noisy in the deer woods. I used a black elastic band from the top of the cover to the center bracket on the bow quiver. This elastic had a loop on the end and when above the center bracket, was held in place by one of the arrows there. Today there are likely better options. A live rubber would have more stretch and last longer. As would surgical tubing.
